Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when an order may be returned, replaced, or refunded.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after the order is delivered. To qualify, the item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition in which it was received, with the original packaging when applicable. Proof of purchase or the order number is required.

Requesting a Return

Before sending anything back, email support@rstamps.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and photographs when the item is damaged or incorrect. Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Stamps or products that have been used, cancelled, marked, altered, separated, damaged after delivery, or are no longer in their original condition
  • Items missing parts, packaging, or accompanying materials
  • Gift cards, downloadable products, or other digital items
  • Items clearly marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable before purchase
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery, except where required by law

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs. After review, we may provide a prepaid return label, replacement, partial refund, or full refund as appropriate.

Return Shipping

For an approved return based on preference, accidental ordering, or another reason not caused by RSTAMPS, the customer is responsible for return shipping. For a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect item caused by us, RSTAMPS will cover reasonable return shipping or provide another resolution.

Use a trackable service when returning an item. We are not responsible for a return package that is lost before it reaches us.

Refunds

Approved returns are inspected after arrival. We normally complete the inspection within 3–5 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error, a defective item, or applicable law requires otherwise. We do not issue refunds to a different payment method or provide cash refunds for card purchases.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. An order can be cancelled and refunded only if fulfillment has not begun and the order has not shipped. After shipment, the normal return process applies.

Late or Missing Refunds

If an approved refund does not appear after the processing period, first contact your bank or payment provider. If the refund still cannot be located, email support@rstamps.com.

Abuse and Fraud Prevention

We may decline a return or refund when there is evidence of policy abuse, substitution, tampering, fraudulent activity, or a materially false claim, subject to applicable law.
