Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through RSTAMPS are processed and delivered.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays. During holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer.

Order confirmation does not mean an order has shipped. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation when the order has been handed to the carrier.

Shipping Destinations and Charges

Available shipping destinations, services, and any applicable charges are shown at checkout. Promotional or free shipping offers apply only when displayed on the product page or during checkout. We ship only to the address submitted with the order.

Estimated Delivery

Standard delivery is generally estimated at 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, address issues, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

Tracking

When tracking is available, the tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after the shipping confirmation is issued.

Address Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible at support@rstamps.com if an address needs to be corrected or an order needs to be cancelled. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellation after fulfillment has begun or the order has shipped.

Shipping Delays

If we cannot ship within the time stated for your order, we will notify you and provide the option to accept a revised shipping date or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

For a damaged or incorrect order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include the order number and clear photographs of the package and item. For an order that appears lost, contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed. We may ask you to confirm the shipping address and cooperate with a carrier investigation before providing an appropriate resolution.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.
